After your order leaves our warehouse, it usually takes 7 to 9 business days to arrive. You can ask for your package to be left in a safe spot, but we can’t promise delivery on a specific day. If you have questions about tracking, please give us 3 to 5 business days to respond. We use trusted courier services to make sure your order arrives quickly and safely.
For remote areas or locations outside the UK, delivery may take an extra 3 to 5 business days.
Customized or Personalized Items
Custom or personalized items might take longer to ship. At checkout, we’ll give you an estimated delivery time, but we can’t guarantee a specific day or time.
Expedited Shipping
We don’t currently offer one-day express shipping in the UK. For non-customized items, expedited delivery usually takes 3 to 4 business days.
