• After your order leaves our warehouse, it usually takes 7 to 9 business days to arrive. You can ask for your package to be left in a safe spot, but we can’t promise delivery on a specific day. If you have questions about tracking, please give us 3 to 5 business days to respond. We use trusted courier services to make sure your order arrives quickly and safely.
• For remote areas or locations outside the UK, delivery may take an extra 3 to 5 business days.

Customized or Personalized Items

• Custom or personalized items might take longer to ship. At checkout, we’ll give you an estimated delivery time, but we can’t guarantee a specific day or time.

Expedited Shipping

• We don’t currently offer one-day express shipping in the UK. For non-customized items, expedited delivery usually takes 3 to 4 business days.
